I love paintings that surprise me! I set myself up for a bit of a challenge and something different with this one - mostly setting the usual colours aside and experimenting with neutrals and browns and earth-y, soft colours and am 'wowed' by how it turned out! This warm and cozy sky with its unusual palette and subtle blends just radiates love.
